Stonewall Democrats Endorsement

The membership of the Cleveland Stonewall Democrats, who are devoted to advancing equal rights for all people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, voted overwhelmingly to endorsement the re-election campaign of Kerry McCormack to Cleveland City Council. “I am so proud to receive the endorsement of the Cleveland Stonewall Democrats (CSD).” McCormack said. “CSD has been such an incredible force of change when it comes to promoting policy and supporting candidates who advance the rights of LGBTQ+ people. During my time on Council, I have had the privilege of working with them on passing full civil rights protections for the LGBTQ+ community and, for the first time in history, earning a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign Municipal Equality Index.”
